RETURN MERCHANDISE POLICY

All returns (replacement/credit) must be pre-approved by DAAY - GLOW. Purchaser’s customer order cancellation is not a valid reason for return. The pre-approved RMA number must be marked and be clearly visible outside the shipping box and on the packing list. All items returned for credit must be in original resalable packaging with all accessories, otherwise ship RMA items without manuals/accessories. Purchaser’s account must be current and have all checks cleared for RMA processing. Each RMA number expires 15 days after its issuance. Purchaser must ensure that returning items were purchased from DAAY - GLOW by matching all serial numbers with those on a DAAY - GLOW invoice or prior RMA records. Both the serial number and quantity of shipments must match that of RMA items.

DAAY - GLOW is not responsible for goods that are damaged during shipment or misused/abused by the Purchaser. DAAY - GLOW is not responsible for the integrity of data on storage or drive products of returning serviced items. Purchaser is responsible for all charges released to customers, and overseas and express shipping for RMA.

RMA PROCEDURES

1.      Merchandise to be returned by freight

1.1 Complete DAAY - GLOW RMA Request Form

1.2  Fill out Sections 1 & 2 on the RMA Request Form and email it along with supporting invoice/RMA record to DAAY - GLOW RMA Department to obtain an RMA number (email #: ddaglow@earthlink.net)

1.3 DAAY - GLOW will email to Purchaser an RMA number Issuance Form.

1.4 Use the shipping label on the upper left corner of the RMA Request Form. Enclose our RMA number Issuance Form with the shipment.

2.      Merchandise to be returned in person

2.1 Follow steps 1.1 through 1.3 above. Bring in goods and our RMA Issuance Form

3.      Refund/Credit (must be pre-approved by DAAY - GLOW)

3.1 Return within 15 days of invoice date – credit at current market price (CMP) except on CPU, RAM and drive products which are credited at CMP less 20%. Such products cannot be returned for credit after 15 days of invoice date.

3.2 Return between 15 to 30 days of invoice date – credit based on CMP less a restocking charge of 30%.

3.3 No credit or refund past 30 days of invoice date.

3.4  No credit or refund on special order items (not on price list), assembled systems, opened software, shipping charges, freight insurance, customs charges and labor.

3.5 Evaluation items must be returned to DAAY - GLOW within specified date on invoice to receive a credit. Purchaser must pay thereafter – no late return allowed.

3.6 No evaluation on CPU, RAM, Drive products and software.

3.7 Refund (vs Credit) will be issued by DAAY - GLOW company check and must be pre-approved during RMA number request.

3.8 Allow 2 or more business days for processing of credit, 2 weeks for refund, upon receipt of goods by DAAY - GLOW.

REPAIR / REPLACEMENTS

No cross-shipping. All inquiries on RMA status must be made within 60 days of RMA number issuance and supported by proof of delivery. Past due balances will delay processing of items. Replacement RMA items will be shipped back to Purchasers via UPS Ground only. Express and overseas shipping will be at an additional cost to Purchasers.

WARRANTY LIMITATIONS

Warranty sticker, serial number, or component tampering, misuse, or physical damage by Purchaser voids all warranties.  Repaired or replacement RMA items carry a warranty for only the remainder of warranty period from the date of original invoices.  Warranty and technical services cannot be extended to Purchaser’s customers.  Product specifications are subject to change without notice.  DAAY - GLOW represents and warrants to Purchaser that the Goods fully comply with all material government laws and regulations applicable to the sale of the Goods in the United States.  NO WARRANTY NOT SET FORTH ABOVE IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED BY DAAY - GLOW, AND DAAY - GLOW EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.  

All functionally Dead-On Arrival (DOA) items must be received at DAAY - GLOW’ warehouse within 7 days of either the DAAY - GLOW invoice date or Purchaser’s date of receipt to receive refund/credit/new replacements.  Subsequent DOA items returned within 30 days of invoice will receive expedited processing for replacement but no refund/credit.  Defective items returned subsequently will be repaired or replaced by standard processing.

The manufacturer warranty limitations apply to all products sold by DAAY - GLOW.  DAAY - GLOW reserves the right to repair or replace items with those of equivalent specifications.

All individual parts sold by DAAY - GLOW have a limited warranty against manufacturing defects for a period of 12 months, unless otherwise specified.  Exceptions are CPU products which carry a 7 day DOA exchange and 30 day repair warranty.

Assembled systems have no labor warranty - diagnostic and repair labor are additional.

If the manufacturer’s warranty period for the product is longer than that of DAAY - GLOW’ warranty period, the service beyond DAAY - GLOW’ warranty period will be handled by the manufacturer’s RMA department.

QUALITY CONTROL

DAAY - GLOW relies on manufacturers’ quality control and does not individually test all products in our warehouse, hence DAAY - GLOW does not custom-configure motherboard or other products, jumper/software settings, including that for CPU’s.  Special requests to install/configure/test individual components would be at additional labor cost to Purchaser.
